HQ the French Prof

I read my Teacher Evaluations earlier this week, yes, kind of late, but I did finally remember at a moment when I was able. It was good to read them, for once. Well, not exactly for once. I did occasionally have mostly positive reviews when I was teaching college English, but complaints were a bit more commonplace, which I usually racked up to the fact that a lot of students didn't want to be there. My reviews as a continuing ed French teacher were always mostly positive. They weren't 100% positive, but encouraging enough to give me confidence to pursue this degree I'm in the midst of now. Sometimes the "negative" ones were useful, though. I have changed how I teach, certain things I do, based on what students say. And my reviews from last semester weren't 100% positive either. Pour l'instant, je vais écrire en français. Je vais peut-être écrire en anglais de temps en temps aussi, mais pourquoi pas le français?  J'enseigne des cours de français depuis, bin, je suppose qu'on pourrait dire depuis 1997, mais ce n'est pas très honnête ça. J'ai enseigné pendant un an, de l'automne de 1997 jusqu'à mai 1998 dans le Centre de Formation des Missionnaires pour l'Eglise de Jesus Christ des Saints des Derniers Jours à Provo, UT. Mais après cela, ça faisait plusieurs années avant que je ne reprenne l'enseignement. Non, depuis, je n'ai recommencé qu'en automne 2009, si je me souviens bien, dans le "workforce development" pour Northern Virginia Community College. Là, j'ai enseigné jusqu'à décembre 2010 quand j'ai retourné au Colorado, ou j'ai grandi.
